ZTE chorus factory reset

Hard Reset:

1. Power OFF the handset.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Up, Muve Music key and the Power keys for 10 seconds.
3. Press the Volume Up and Volume Down keys simultaneously to access the System Recovery screen.
4. Scroll using Volume and select “Wipe Data/Factory reset” and press the Muve key.
Scroll using Volume and select “Yes – delete all user” and press the Muve key.

When complete the system recovery screen is displayed.

Select “reboot system now” and press the Muve key.

Master Reset:

1. Tap the Menu key
2. Tap Settings
3. Scroll to and tap Privacy
4. Tap Factory data reset
5. Read the message about erasing data
6. Tap Reset phone
7. Tap Erase everything
