Cricket ZTE X500 Score MUVE Music Android phone factory reset

Please follow the instruction to factory-reset Cricket ZTE X500 Score MUVE Music Android phone

Make sure the phone is powered off before you follow the instructions.

Press and hold for 10 seconds Volume Down, Camera, and Power buttons

When Android guy is there then click on Menu (second from left on the touchpad below the display. 
Scroll with volume key and select with quick press of the camera button
Scroll with Volume down  button to: “Yes – delete all user data”
Select with quick press of the camera button

    I was givin a zte cricket x500 muve phone it has a pattern locke of flaming fire along with circles and i cant unlock it and no sim card and some function buttons i think dnt work but may if i could unlock the pattern please help really need a phone that works now
